The hotel's location is perfect, situated between the Terminal 21 Mall and EmQuatier Mall, offering easy access to public transport. The rooms were spacious, ideal for shopping and getting ready. However, the cleanliness could have been better with some dusty surfaces and items left behind by previous guests.

The service was nice and helpful, but they could have been more transparent about laundry charges. They weren't able to provide tourist information, though they were efficient in solving issues.

The location is fantastic, right between two malls and just a short walk to the BTS station, making it easy to explore Bangkok. However, it's surrounded by massage parlors.
